Facebook ad's approved but wasn't delivered

Hi,
I have my dating ad's approved (got email which indicates it approved and have the "green play" button) but when I go in the campaign I can see no impression and I have (!) in yellow triangle and it said "Ad not delivered:modification recommended".
I didn't understand... Was it approved or not? And if it's approved why do I need to modify it? Why wasn't it delivered..?
I'm targeting about 20K UK women in ages 36-40 and I'm using PPC (My bid is about the average range).
Should I modify my targeted audience, my image, the text in the ad or what?
Has anyone got in the same issue?

I am facing same problem, even though they have approved my ads too but same yellow button says modification required and not giving any suggestion too...
as far as i know your ad is approved, but it seems a price issue, as i have 2 ads and in one ad price was approximately $1.7 for each click (targeting same audience) so they charged me 17 dollar and i got 15 clicks, after that as i reduce my bid to 25-37 cents they have given me yellow modification suggestion...so it seems they want us to raise the price...this is my experience but i m not expert in it, so here is my request for anyone who can guide both of us...

Is this something specific to tonight? Just googled this issue and it led me to this forum..had this exact same problem. Was bidding 1.70.

No, It's not the issue since my ad's already been improved...
Cloaking links it's risky and I don't recommend to use it since Facebook might ban you.
It was pricing issue.
After bidding higher I started to get impressions.
