Lead Generation Question

Hi everyone,

I'm new here. I hope this thread is in the right place.

I'm the founder of a social network and I have education leads. The problem that I have is, that I don't know what to do with my leads. I searched this forum hight and low and I did find some good advice in various threads. But nothing that really answers this exact question.

Here is how my system works.

The user signs up and they indicate that they would like to continue their education. My focus is on masters, doctoral, and transfer students.

I can then email and/or call them. But I have no idea what to do after I email or call the lead.

Are there live call centers that I can work with?

Do I have to go directly do the schools? Or are there education lead brokers? I'm a little confused here.

My leads are mainly focused on higher education and loans.
