Best CPA for a PPD network?

In terms of both EPC, payment terms and support, which is the best CPA for a PPD network?

I'm currently the owner of www.DollarLocker.com and I need a CPA for content locking. I'm more interested on the EPC but payment terms and support is a bonus.

If you do suggest a CPA, please state why and it's pros.

I suggest you
adworkmedia or adscenmedia... Because they support "incentive" like dollarloker..and also have very good payouts rates

Can you say me where you host your web to these system? I'm looking it.
