Can anyone explain how to track CPA offers and conversion or recomend some ebook about the matter?

What do you mean track?
Do you mean like with PPC etc?
Track the ads where conversions are comin from etc?
Try Prosper202 ?
You can even use SUB ID if the tracking is not to complex.

I use CPVLab and prosper202 both. It is very easy to track offers with either of them. Try watching youtube videos. I am sure you will grasp it

Start with Prosper202 and then work your way to CPVLab.

Make sure you get on a good VPS server.

Normally I like to track with subids with prosper202. Sorry, I don't know of any good ebooks for this.
