I have a question most cpa networks don't allow twitter does this mean that I can't set up a website and use traffic from twitter to get to that website and then direct that traffic to my cpa offer?

Nope thats not what it means. You arent allowed to have offers directly linked onto twitter. Just so the network doesnt get sued for spam complaints.

Honestly.. I've found twitter one of the not-so-great places for cpa offers, this is not saying it cannot be profitable, it's just something that i've seen..

It sounds like your method should be ok, however you should reach out to your AM just to be sure, you don't want to put in all the effort and have issues with your leads.

You best is to reach out to your affiliate manager to be clear, because every offer and affiliate network has different policies.

But for the most part what Dasilva Marketing said is right.
