    There are a few (like cpa lead) that are instant approval most of time. But its not all that hard to get accepted, there are several threads here that explain this well.

      It is easy to get accepted to CPA networks if you know how.
      Just go to google and type "How to get accepted to CPA Networks".
      Or maybe you can watch this video (not my affiliate link). Marcus give you a great tips on how to get accepted to CPA Networks.

      Hello, I'm no expert on this stuff but I will toss in my 2cents to try and help out. If your looking around check out Shareasale.com. Their are lots of CPA offers available at that site. Some of them will even let you sign up automatically.

      Anybody use advertise.com for their advertising? They offer PPC and then offer Re-marketing as well. The Re-marketing info starts at this link remarketing | advertise.com from there, there are 5 slides to look at. But I don't see that they require a minimum deposit for a re-marketing account. Is this possible?

    Yes, most CPA networks will require some sort of approval process. Although the process might differ from network to network most will incorporate something to get rid of the fraudsters.
