Do affiliates makes affiliate managers money?

does the more money affiliates makes, somehow makes their affiliate managers more money? i know its their job to take care of the affiliate but some go out of their way trying to help the affiliate make as much as possible, wondering if they get anything out of it

I'm not sure about all networks but there are many where affiliate managers work on commission and earn a percentage of the money generated by their affiliates' accounts.

It depends on the affiliate network. Back when I first started affiliate management pretty much all networks paid commission only, but more are moving towards salary + benefits to keep good affiliate managers long term

It depends on the network!

Still today, Many AM's get a % of their publishers earnings !

But mostly they are Set on Salary+benefits as Luke said above ^^
