I have a website generating a beautiful income each month via google adsense. I am thinking of integrating infolinks as well.

Is it safe to use infolinks with google adsense?

The last thing I want to do is upset google and lose my adsense privileges....

you heard it -- its safe...
but its eCPM sucks!
and becuase people are clicking on the infolinks ads you may get lower adsense click

  i tested it in few of my sites, and in most cases it is not true, people who are not interested in click on adsense might click on infolink ads so it is an extra incoming.

It's safe. Articlebase is doing it. However, if you're satisfied with your Adsense earnings, you might work more on increasing the Adsense CTR then add infolinks on the site for extra revenue. The adsense ads will have less visibility once you add infolinks on your site (that's my take on it).

A better option would be to start a list from the traffic you already have and:
1) Market products as an affiliate
2) Make visitors come back to your site for updated content (and more Adsense ads to view)

infolinks is compatible with adsense..

I'm myself using infolinks and Adsense on a blog of mine and so far everything is good!

Is anyone here using Infolinks as an advertiser, to drive traffic to their adsense site rather than as a publisher?

If so, any results? This might be a good traffic source for adsense sites. But to be used as but one tool in the chest..

It is safe but you can earn more revenue with single ad platform beside using two different platform. You should read about "how to make more money with Google Adsense" on the web. I think it is more profitable beside using two ad platform on website.

The thing about that is your will lose visitors to lower clicks for infolinks. I suggest just put up 3 adsense units and call it done.
