Gaming and Dating on Facebook

Hello Warriors,

I am just starting out with promoting CPA offers on Facebook and and am confused with some issues.

1. Are these niches still worth targeting?
2. If I cloaked my links would FB approve my ads?
3. If I cloak my links do I still need a landing page or can I direct them straight from the ad to the offer?

I would really appreciate any help I can get on these issues.

Thank you in advance for all your input

Facebook is still make lots of money for many affiliates. But I will say it can be hard for newbies.

A killer tip is to try using an email squeeze, this help you keep much low-profile with Facebook.

    Really can open things up.

Regarding cloaking, I would be careful if you start doing enough volume they may manually check your account. But I'm not sure if your talking about using an IP cloaker or what?

    Good luck.

      Hi Greedy,

Facebook was recommended to me as the first thing I should start with, so thats how I got into Facebook marketing. I got approved by a couple of CPA networks and am promoting their offers on Facebook. Haven't had any success yet but I guess it all boils down to how much data I can collect and how I can optimize my campaigns.

Can I ask you, what do you mean by an email squeeze? Do I send them to a squeeze page first, collect their info and then to the offer?

Regarding cloaking, I am using Prosper's cloaking. But that only hides the referrer's from the network.

I have been creating landing pages till now coz I understand Facebook does not allow direct linking, am I correct?

I find creating landing pages a lengthy process especially if you don't know if the offer will convert? Is there any way I could redirect or mask my affiliate link so as not get banned by Facebook but still get my ads approved?

Dating is extremely hard these days on Facebook, I think you would be better off trying gaming.

Could not disagree more. Maybe in the US. But International traffic on FB is killer. Cheap clicks and converts well. Still can hit 50-100% ROI.

I'd suggest you to make your own email list using Facebook Ads, than market that list. It should be still working.
