iframe use for CPA lead

mysite.com is redirects to offerurl when i use iframe.But i want to stay my visitor until they start their 1st action. Means when they put their ZIP or Email ID of 1st offer landing page only then they redirect 2nd page or final offer page.How can i do that for static PAGE .

    Some advertisers have frame breakers on their landing pages, which makes it so you cannot iFrame the offer. More than likely this is what is happening to you.
