Looking for a real 1 on 1 coach

I have been running my own network since Nov 2010, and i have done well for my self. I relied mostly on others traffic, and as i grow older and less patient i am growing tired of the babysitting and stress that goes along with running a network.
With that said i have toyed around with PPC and FB advertising here and there. Some days i had profit, Some days i had loss. I never had a stellar campaign that made me go all out crazy with traffic.
Now i know the pick a campaign part, I know the use a landing page part, my issue is i am not very creative when it comes to creating the ad to generate clicks in the first place.
To be honest most the times i just googled the campaign i wanted to give a shot and reworded what i saw. My goal is to concentrate more on my own in house traffic and less at taking on new affiliates that just add to the stress of babysitting cause lets face it, there is too much fraud out there and i am ready to just move in a different direction, of course i will continue with the network but just do not really want to take on any more affiliates unless they are super affiliates that require minimal attention.
I do not fell it will take much, my 2 major issues are more or less creating the ad that attracts click, and testing keywords, So i am looking for someone who can aid me in them 2 small but crucial issues.
Also i been very interested in this PPV and i will admit i have never touched that.
So basically if you offer this type's of coaching please get in touch with me. I have always been a see it, apply it, learned it type of person. with that said WSO's never did anything for me. I am willing to go as far as partnering with someone and paying for all the cost and splitting all the profits.
So i do not get bombarded with pm's let me stress now i am looking for this type of training from people like Chris, PPC coach, Speedylikes, those types of people that are making x,xxx a day.
