Adwords or Facebook for Free Quotes Website?

I have a website I am launching soon where people can get free quotes from services providers to get a better deal on their current bill. Example someone looking for cheaper electricity, they enter their details and then they will get quotes from local suppliers sent to them.

The quotes are free to the customer and the suppliers pay to receive the quotes. The website targets many utility categories like electricity, insurance etc. So there is a pretty broad appeal I think to many people.

Based on the above scenario would you advise to try Google Adwords or Facebook to begin with?

    I would recommend adwords. It will give you much more targeted traffic then facebook. You can just target people searching for keywords about bills and saving money.

    People on facebook are trying to relax and have fun, they probably don't want to deal with stuff like bills.

    If you do try facebook, I would recommend targeting the older crowd.
