Cashadsllc Network seems to bogus - How will you deal with it?

Hi Fellow Marketers, To make a long story short, I found Cashadsllc network awhile back; after speaking with a account manager (who appears to have a ownership interest in the company), had me sign and fax back a contract; The basic reason for the contract was that it was suppose to allow Cashadsllc to invest in marketing one of there offers; in other words, they were going to basically invest money to help me market one of there offers. I thought this was great, and started planning for expansion; like investing some of my time and money in marketing, letting people I know who specialize in certain areas of marketing, know about the opportunity. Nevertheless, for over an month, I kept getting excuses about them fulfilling there end of the agreement, and the direct test of there offer(s) on there network was not converting. What really got me suspicious was the main offer that we had agreed that I will market; so, with my time and money, I generated off-line leads, which was easily for me to verify that the leads was valid. I was told that they didn't get any leads, which I know wasn't true. I even offered (and gave them) names and phone numbers for them to verify, and they refused to do it. Therefore, I tried some offers for myself (and let them know I tried the offers), and these leads didn't convert. So, basically, my question to you guys on this forum is, how will you handle a situation like this?
