Hi I have a facebook account for about 4 years but have never advertised with them I can use a coupon or voucher with this account or need another new account and where can I buy a voucher that is valid for Colombia :confused:

why will you want to buy a voucher, just click on create an advert

Yes you can use a voucher(I can't say anything if they have special terms for countries). Just go to: https://www.facebook.com/ads/create/
and create your ad and enter coupon code after you complete payment details.

yes you can still use a voucher because you create a new advertiser account when you start advertising.

So if you haven't advertised yet, it will work.

But like richh100 said they are stricter on coupon accounts.
