I decided to stop using the network and ask for a refund for the remaining balance, that's when the fun began!
I tried to contact them via email, delivery failure notice was the only reply!
I finally found their online helpdesk, submitted a ticket and bam...a few minutes later I got my account suspended with no reply at all to the support ticket!!!
I tried to reach them on the phone, never got anyone on the line (tried all the day long at different hours and the same automatic reply that no one is there to answer).
The money I have there isn't a big deal, it's just something like $50, but I am just wondering, do these people really run a business?
This a warning for anyone thinking about using this network, save your time and money!
