What is my recourse if the CPA network does'nt Pay?

Hi!
I am a publisher for a CPA network who I dont want to name just yet. Although I have been paid consistently for the past 5 months, I havent been paid for Feb 15. I called and told them and they confirmed that the check had been mailed but hadn't been cashed.

They asked me if I wanted to put a stop payment and reissue or do an ACH.

I told them that ACH is fine. I sent my bank info On Monday and havent heard from them since. They don't answer their phones, they even sent me to voicemail on the second ring, which makes me think that the published number is a cell phone.
They never respond on AIM and the havent responded to my emails.
I feel like I am not going to get paid at all but do I have any recourse. Should I contact the advertiser directly and let them know whats going on?

    basically unless the network comes up with verifiable proof of fraudulent leads, or not being paid for the leads by the advertiser, you have all legal debt collection options available, if there is a standard affiliate agreement in place, which there is with most reputable networks. and unless it's ewa or one of their associates you are talking about
    not many people follow the legal route though, unfortunately, and just accept the loss in the end.

    however, if it's a reputable network and as you said you have always been paid on time before, i wouldn't jump to conclusions too early (after only 3 days) and keep trying to get in touch.

    edit: you can pm me the name of the network if you like and i'll let you know if i heard about anything fishy going on with your network within my circles.

    Be agressive about it, tell them if you don't get paid you'll start sharing your story on the forum.

    Also stop sending them traffic.

    I have stopped the traffic, but I am givning them until Friday to make the payment. Then I guess I will make share my story here on the forum. I know that will suck for them becasue it will turn up in the Search Engine Results. They said it only takes 24 to do an ACH, but its been since Monday and they havent done it yet. Im really hoping this is just a case of miscommunication on their part because I really needed the money to pay bills. This is not a hobby .

    May be you change payment method and it will work in next cycle. if you think network is good and big. then give it few more days, they must get back to you.
