Looking for info and possible partner for GPT site, shiftcode questions...

I have an idea for a site which would revolve around the "GPT" system. I don't know much about GPT sites and wanted to gather some more information.

If I use ShiftCode, is it an "all in one" package deal? What would I need to do to get the site up and running perfectly?

By using a ShiftCode script, do I get any extra protection against fraud or any other features?

Im located in New Jersey. If someone on here is a professional in making and maintaining GPT sites, please shoot me a PM. Im not gonna go in detail on here about the site, and I will only work with someone who is local for this.

If anyone has any general information about GPT sites and the process of getting one up and running please feel free to share your thoughts.
