I applied for affiliate program.
But I saw:
Your application has been declined by this advertiser for one or more reasons. If you have a question please contact the advertiser through advertiser's detail page within the account manager.

Probably because I'm not from the USA ?
How can i contact the advertisers which my applications
has been declined?
I can't find their email.

    Contact the seller through the interface (messages), and ask them why. In a lot of cases they will remove the block, and you'll be good to go.

    I think once the block is removed and someone approves you, others will too.

    That said, I don't know which country you're form, so it might not be as easy for you...

    There can be a variety of reasons you get knocked back. The companies can vary. In my experience having a relevant niche and decent website can help you get approved.

    As Martin suggests, in CJ MAIL - messages tab, contact the company there or try to directly email the affiliate manager if you can. This seems to get a quicker response.

      There is no better answer than the company answer from the contact tab try to get in touch with their affiliate manager...

      Some time companies refuse affiliates who have not a proven selling history cause they are afraid of scammers and not honest guys...

      Keep in touch with them, explain your experiences and you will see
