Which network is better for newbies AdWorkMedia, Peerfly or you can reccommend another.

PeerFly is a good network to start with. Of course, there are many more...you can apply to more at a time. Check this list of networks: AffKit.com > Complete aff networks list

I've heard they are good, but not completely newbie-friendly, when I mean newbie I mean a complete noob.

I am one and after 2 attempts with Peerfly and Maxbounty I gave up, I knew it woulnt work, so now I'm just building my website in the internet marketing niche, maybe this would help.

Did your application get denied? Or did you fail at making money?

Anyways I recommend Peerfly, MaxBounty, and NeverBlue for newbies.

AdWork primarily has incentive based offers and PeerFly is a non incent network. Which networks you apply to should depend on your marketing strategy
