can someone help me understand what is redirect traffic and how is it different from standard mobile traffic. Any link explaining this will help.

  Probably. The problem is these networks are blind so you don't know where the traffic is coming from.
  
  The traffic can work well for some things, adsense probably isn't the best choice though (long term).
