i have submitted some applicaions to some networks, i want to contact them via telephone, but i cannot find their telephone number from their sites.

    Email is usually good enough. Find them on the popular groups, facebook, forums etc and reach out. Also, what all networks have you signed up to? What sort of offers do you run and what traffic sources?

    Not asking for private sources just trying to get an idea of how you plan to promote offers. Fraud is a big deal in this industry. I may can help you get approved with us depending on how you promote offers.

    Depends on network, some will take a while to get back to you. You can always try to email them or most of them would be available through skype.

    You should try some of the popular networks around like peerfly, Neverblue and mundomedia.

    I'd say most if not all reputable networks will have their phone number posted on their own website, you should also search google if you are having problems..

    Don't let such a small thing get in your way, this will probably be one of the most easiest obstacles you will need to overcome..

    You might want to check on affpaying. They list most network numbers.
