Hi. I want to promote a PeerFly offer for Rubber in a Can. You have probably seen that ad on TV. If not here is the link to the site Flex Seal® - Liquid Rubber Sealant in a Can! | Official Site (Not affiliate link) I want to promote this with StumbleUpon. Does anyone know if StumbleUpon is considered Social PPC or PPV traffic?

Most of the time I believe it's considered social, but if you're not 100% sure just ask your am. On a side note I've actually used this product and its actually pretty good depending on the application

Thanks. I personally don't know why they would care what traffic I was sending them. Possibly they think some other traffic would bring down their conversion percentage on PeerFly? As they pay for sales, that is probably the only reason. They also only allow US traffic, probably because they don't want to pay for international prices for mail.

I will see what my AM says. Thanks ChrisBa

It's actually more than that... merchant/advertiser cares what kind visitors go to their website. The more targeted, the happier they get...

in regards to country origin of traffic, US is the best consumer market in the world... people love to buy

Best way is to check with your affiliate manager. Affiliate managers at Peerfly are very helpful.

    Check with your affiliate manager.

Even with CPS offers the advertiser still has to worry about chargebacks, and returns.

But like you said, they will be flexible.

That offer should be fine for some StumbleUpon traffic. I'd say "Social" is probably the best method description for SU.

I would second that stumbleupon is social. Share with us the results with stumbleupon later on.
