W8 for payment?

Hey folks,

Just quick question.

I have made my first commissions with CPAProserity.com
Just wondering as a UK affiliate do I require to send a W8 for payments??

Has any UK persons had problems recieving checks due to this?

Did they ask you to send them the form? If so just fill it out, won't hurt you.
The majority requires a w8 form from international affiliates.

yes you have to submit w8 form...else you will face delay in future payments...

  IF CPA Prosperity is USA Based you are required to send them w8 form its required by law and yes no matter where you are you will have to send them w8
