AD NETWORKS

i nearly get banned from adworkmedia network and that may be due to an ad message that i sent on page in Facebook any suggestion to recover that ?

Read their terms of service. You did something which violated their terms which is why you got into trouble.

Many networks are acting strict on facebook spamming.

I would suggest you to make a call to them and explain the things. If that was first time you had posted then they would probably give you another chance.

if you are using facebook try don't direct link them to an offer. maybe a youtube video, or your website.

You have to be very careful when you post something in Facebook especially when it's public. Your ad message might have been inappropriate and someone reported you to the Facebook management. They could have just decided to automatically delete it without informing you because they can just do this. It's a good thing your account was not disabled.
