SiteScout Displaying Your Banners on Unrelated Domains

Anyone who uses sitescout has noticed that you get a (more...) thing next to all target sites who start receiving impressions. Lately I have noticed more and more how completely unrelated some of those are to the site I am actually targeting...

For example I created a campaign targeting a gardening website and once I clicked on (more...) , I noticed that the other domains were A PROXY WEBSITE A GAMING WEBSITE AND A NEWS WEBSITE. Now, how am I supposed to promote a gardening product to those? I am guessing the CTR won't be amazing.

Am I missing something? Or can't you really do anything about this? Not only that, but there is no way to know what the other domains are before you start spending money on the campaign.

EDIT: I found a solution to this, apparently there is a blacklist option in the tools menu!
