Creating a Contest to get CPA submits

Hey Guys,
I have a website for a specific concert band, and I am getting over 500 visitors per day, but not that many sales. I decided that it would be a good idea to create sweepstakes to give away tickets if they subscribe to my list, ( I was thinking of placing a pop-up ad) and by me asking them to fill out an email submit form for me to make money. My question is how do I get them to fill out CPA offers, should I redirect them to another page to fill out offers in order to be eligible for the contest? Or should I email them the offers? I've seen survey websites doing this by have subscribers fill out offers in order to get paid or w/e. Let me know if you guys have any ideas..

    If you are looking to generate sales from your visitors, using a content locker would be the easiest move. With a content locker, you can lock access to the band's videos, exclusive q and a's, songs, or anything else that their fans might want access to. Then, the fans can fill out a CPA offer right on your site to get access through the locker. We can help you install the locker on your site as well.     Yes, I agree contact locking could work.

    Also I've had great luck with Amazon Associates aff program on band/music related sites.

    It is good idea to create a contest and allow your users to share your website/product. In exchange you can offer them a discount for visitors or for conversions.
    I am using the same strategy for my products using Share This Contest
