How to call Affiliate Network?

I've read the most important part how to get approved by cpa network we really need to call them. But how actually I do that?

I'm from Malaysia, how actually can I know what extension to be used? or even what the number they use lol!

if someone could give some examples would be really much appreciated, as thing I'm pretty sure will help other newbies tought

    USA phone number start from 1

    just use voip like smartvoip or skype (free for some minutes then you will need to pay to use it)
    easy and cheap

    OK let me share my experience on calling to US as I'm from Malaysia too..

    Do you know that you can call to US/UK cheaper than you call to your friend beside you Yes.. I'm using Maxis (Hotlink). You can call to US as cheap as only RM0.20 per minute.. that cheaper than I call to my wife's phone (Celcom) that's RM0.33 per minute.

    Their normal IDD rate is RM0.99 per minute but if you dialed 132 followed by the US phone no#, you'll get the cheaper rate RM0.20 rate. They call it IDD 132 rate..

    As instance, you want to call to US with phone no# 123-456-7890 .. for normal international direct dial (IDD) is by dial 0011234567890

    To get the cheaper rate, simply dial 132 followed by the phone no# 1320011234567890
    (for maxis or hotlink only)..

    For others operator I'm not sure their rate but if you want to call from fix phone line (Telekom) you should dial as per normal way 0011234567890

    If not mistaken the rate is RM0.90 per minute .. I guess..
