Case Study: 200 - 300% ROI With a STUPID simple landing page.

This landing page took me from losing pretty much everything I spent on a campaign, to profiting at 200 - 300% depending on what day of the week it is.

This just goes to show that you don't need to have amazing writing skills or HTML skills to make a high performance landing page. The ad copy is literally just a reiteration/continuation off of what my ad said.

I've rotated through around 20+ images on the landing page and rotate through new ones weekly just to help optimize landing pages (hint, hint, the best performing images on the LP are not ones with a big chested woman on it, despite what the blurred image above appears to show - this was just an early screenshot in the campaign that I took). Note that this is a campaign for the dating niche.

I applied KISS tactics to the landing page, that is - KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID. The idea is that most people out there converting on your offers have the education of a 5th grader. Keep your language usage at an elementary school level (You don't talk down to them, you just use words like

Click through rate from landing page to offer is 40%. I'm testing an email submit variation that gets a 20 - 25% opt-in rate. Conversion rate after the click is around 20 - 30% (1 conversion for every 3-5 click-throughs from the landing page).

I'm rotating through the top 3 dating campaigns I've found that work well for this setup. I've tested over 20 through multiple networks.
