I am so new and want to know about CPA (Cost Per Action) and PPD (Pay Per Download).
Can someone handover me the best resources to learn basics and advanced of it.

Just by reading these forums alone you should be able to learn a fair bit about both of those topics, just read through all the threads and use the search button and this should get you started

There are tons of resources in this forum so take some time to read through the post before you start.

For CPA, understanding your traffic is vital to helping you succeed so pick one traffic source you prefer and try to master it quick. I would suggest either PPC or PPV for a start.

Traffic source mastering is a real asset here assuming you have enough ad budget.PPC, PPV and display being the major.The secret trick is in targeting with your creatives.Blogs at Odigger and Offervault can help you alot.
