Maxbounty CPA + YouTube

Hey guys, its nice to meet you. I am digging in CPA and wanted to know whats the best way to put a Maxbounty CPA links when you upload a video to YouTube?

Do I just put the link that Maxbounty gives you, or is it better to change the way the link looks like?

    I'd suggest to shorten/change your link. You can use a free link shortening service like Bitly. It's free, and it tells you how many clicks you had, what countries, etc.

    It looks better/non-confusing and doesn't take much space.

    I suggest hosting you own redirect that way you have complete control over it.

    Opposed to using a free redirect service.

    Also I would suggest building a squeeze page, this works great with Youtube.

      The good thing is I already have a HostGator "baby" account.

      1.) How do I host my own redirect? (is there a good youtube video or blog that will explain this?) or even a good War Room thread?

      2.) To do a squeeze page do I have to buy a domain?
      How do I do it - I assume it will be on WordPress?

        You'll want to buy your own domain. You can use it for either your squeeze page or your redirect. The easiest thing to do is just have your domain redirect to the offer. You can do this from your Cpanel interface.

        If you're going to use a squeeze page (recommended), just make your affiliate link the thank you page link on your autoresponder. That way, when a user opts in, they will be taken directly to the offer.

    Agree with Greedy. I wouldn't rely on a third party solution.

    Just create a quick WP blog and use Pretty Links Lite to redirect. It's in your hands and the analytics is better than Bit.ly.

    I ALWAYS use my own domain and even if it's just a simple html or php redirect I use this..
    That way you can control the traffic and you don't rely on someone else to do that

    I've read some negative things about Bit.ly and it's up time recently. It's effecting sales conversions. My advice is to stick with your own domain/hosting for redirection.

    Make a HTML redirect using this code pointing it to your offer. Upload it to your server. Link to it.

    Yes, you will need a domain. You can use Wordpress and a squeeze plugin or just do a Google for "Squeeze Page templates" and insert your auto-responder code into it.

    Sorry I mean if the cpa network finds out how your getting leads they will refuse to payout. Every idea I have is always check with my affiliate manager for approval and that way you have a safety net. I have asked my am about direct linking only recently and she said it was not allowed.
