How do I promote 'first page submit' offers to increase conversions on YouTube?

Hey WF!

I am promoting a very popular weight loss product. It's a CPA offer that pays $3 for every email captured. How can I promote this to increase conversions? I'm currently driving traffic using YT videos.

Any help or advice would be great!

    Have you tried other free traffic generation methods like SEO, Facebook pages?

    Or how about paid traffic like PPC, PPV, Fb ads, etc. If you have had success with free methods, you shouldn't be far away to succeed with paid methods as well. With paid methods you can make much more and much faster.

    I'm currently promoting it on YouTube. I get between 500-1000 views/day. I don't need traffic tips. What I want is experienced CPA guys to show me good sales copy for the video description. How can I get more people to enter their email address?
