My questions are how do I join CPA networks like Max Bounty etc?

Do I need a website?

How do I drive traffic do the offer?

Any help is greatly appreciated

    You don't need a website but it helps
    As for driving traffic to offers there are many ways, I recommend reading up on these forums as there are hundreds of helpful threads on both of these topics.

      Do you see better results with LeadImpact over Traffic Vance? Or is it just tons and tons of impressions but little conversions? I have over 20 links on a PPV site and I get over 60,000 impressions per DAY, but about....5% or less actually click through the site and I rarely get a sale....sad really

    I agree with Greedy. for the Traffic. You can also look around for other private lead generation program. I'm part of one and the payouts are way high. I started about 2 years ago and will never change.

    To join with the program I am with you need:
    -choose the products you want to promote
    -build your site
    -integrate the applications forms and phone number (this is how leads will be generated and attributed to your account
    -Get your site approved

    then you can start generating traffic. But they strive for quality leads so its either PPC traffic with adwords, bing or yahoo, facebook...

    1. Apply to their official website, fill out the form and wait for their call. In fact, I usually call them right away for faster approval and get the phone interview done pretty fast.

    2. Nowadays websites are pretty much needed almost everywhere. It's not an absolute MUST, but it will come in handy sooner or later.
    So, start learning HTML.

    3. Free traffic, Paid traffic.
    You can go for free as for beginning if you don't have the budget/knowledge.
    Free: Facebook pages, articles, youtube videos, SEO, etc.
    Paid: PPC, PPV, Media Buys, PoF, FB ads, etc.

    To have a faster approvement you just need to give a call to company. Then... website isn't a must as was already mentioned, but you'd better have one. Really, sooner or later you'll have to get one. Hire a webmaster or smth like that.
    If you are a newbie in CPA thing, and I assume you are , go with free traffic. Youtube vidz is good-to-start. Think about your audience and create/find proper video to drive traffic to the offer. That's how it's work in a few words.

    Driving traffic is actually the most important question. It will depend on method you want to use. Diregard that, call to CPA network and create a website, it's easier to have one to find success in this business.
