Geo-Location Dynamic Keywords [PPV Landing Pages]

Hello,

I would like to get your input on using dynamic keywords for geo-location.

I am currently using this script: http://j.maxmind.com/app/geoip.js to find the city of my visitors, however I was wondering if this can be counter-productive.

Because you see, sometimes people's ISP reside outside their city. For example, I know a lot of Montrealers have their ISP located in Toronto. So if they visit the landing page, they will see "Toronto" even though they're from Montreal.

What do you guys think?

Test it both ways and see. If it converts better with it, use it, if not ditch it.

  Are you using the country or state tag?
  
  Country should work, but that doesn't add to much value with the call out. So calling out the Geo-Location is typically used for America only campaigns.

You can always work on wording. Instead of "residents in.." you could say "residents in and around..", etc. I've always found that by doing this it has increased conversions, it just sometimes takes testing of wording.
