Facebook CPM - no damn clicks at all

Recently I started a campaign about a 3000€ Tesco Coupon (Email submit). This offer came
from AdWorkMedia. The offer got 20% Global CR and 0.20€ EPC.

I made an add at facebook and paid 7€(CPM) for 5 days.

Until now I have 1700 impressions and now clicks at all! I'm paying them 0.4€/1000-impressions
for the ad in the center of the user's panel and 0.2€/1000-impressions for the ad at the right side.

Here is a screenshot of how the ads look like:

Is the banner wrong? Or is the offer not interesting please help me out!

Thanks for the info but I'm paying for 0.4$ CPM - cost per impression (1000)

I will change the banner and the offer... should I go with a adult related offer or will FB ban me?

    Facebook will ban you ASAP.

How many ad variations have you test of this so far?

I'm ashamed to tell you but I have only tested 1 so far.

But the global stats where really good on it. Should I do CPC as CPM is not really getting me any clicks...or should I just change offer and go to a more interesting one?

Starting with CPC is best, especially if you are new to Facebook.

You need to test a bunch more ads.

If you have no clicks, then it is likely your targeting and/or you ad.. also you should always test between multiple ads and track the performance of each of them, not many people have luck just creating 1 ad

Thanks a lot! (you and Greedy).

I will try CPC and more ads! I hope that will help...

If you're targeting Britain (I saw the pound sign), most of us use the pound sign sign prior to the number like £3000, not 3000£ (doesn't look right). It kind of looks foreign or sketchy from my point of view so I'd recommend fixing that. Infact, I rarely see it after the number so it looks weird. Regardless, good job on taking action. =)
