  For PPV style traffic (LeadImpact and trafficvance) , offers that are leads that have payouts in the $5-$15 range is recommended. When payout is to low, sometimes it is hard to make profitable, when offer is more expensive, harder to convert. That being said, people are making money doing almost everything once they have found the winning combination. Hope this helps.

Can you be more specific?
If I had 1000$ to start I would buy traffic. Get targeted top notch traffic for my product. 1000$ are enough if you know how to buy traffic.

I will say Adwords and Bing. These two are always my first choice and $1.000 is enough to gain some valuable data!

  I think POF is generally easier for starting out. Once you're doing well there, Facebook would be the next logical step, as it's easier to take your knowledge of one social platform to another. At this point though, I think Facebook would be a distraction, both for your time and your budget. Put your effort into what's working for you already

Go with PPV programs like Lead Impact or Traffic Vance. I know that it takes some time for tweaking and testing your offers on which ones converting best, but I bet you that PPV really works and quite effective too.
