Where are some good places to promote PPCall campaigns? I'm spending way too much on Google Adwords (thank goodness for the free $100 vouchers).

    I have same problem at moment, but I'm about to start using newspapers and some offline methods. I've heard offline can work pretty well if done correctly

            Not really sure. They mentioned the calls were not high quality. What's funny is, calls are supposed to qualify during Medium or High Quality. I've had a total of around $600.00 reversed in past months. Other affiliates had the same issue. Talk about a rip off. Debt settlement offers are garbage. Steer clear from them.

              Yeah unfortunately this is becoming the trend in pay per call industry, affiliates getting ripped the F off! Was it those dirtbags RingPartner?

                It wasn't RingPartner no. It was the direct debt settlement company itself. Won't ever promote those dirtbags in any sort ever again.

    I don't know how the pay per call programs you guys are in works, but the one I'm in, I get paid if a call lasts more than 2 minutes and there is no rejections. This seems very fair to me as usually if a call is above 2 minutes, it goes on for at least 15 minutes and a sale is very probably made.

          In my experience, Pay-per-call only works in tandem with web leads. If 100 visitors see an ad with a phone number or a landing page with a phone+web form, only 5-20% will call, depending on prominence of the phone number. So you are discarding 80-95% of the visitors who see your ads and want to passively fill out a web form to be called later.

          My suggestion, only do pay-per-call if your buyer(s) can also monetize form leads; otherwise the economics are upside down out of the gate.

            Has anyone had success with bundled mobile Pay-Per-Call offers? After the user taps the call button, they are directed to an IVR. Depending on the key presses, they will be connected to one of the offers in the bundle. For those who have run bundled offers, do you like them if they have a varying payouts (depending on which offers in the IVR they are directed) or would you prefer to have an offer with stagnant payout?

      Do you have your own site that you use for Adwords? I signed up for a pay per call network but they don't provide any sites/landers. Only numbers. So i'm thinking of the best way to make this work...

        Yeah and don't be surprised if RingPartner shaves the heck out of your commissions or don't pay you at all. I should write a freakin book about PPCall and all the BS going on in this industry. Yeah, earning is one thing - but getting paid is another (even when you dot all your I's and cross all your T's).

        Hint Hint: Never trust a company who doesn't even display their payment terms on their site.

      In case of these three networks,
      three of them will give you tools of repoting, Keypoint Media will provide you most successful tool and for free (for your use with their offers), where you will be able to generate tool free numbers, generate reports and many more. they registered in Invoca for that matter, and working with them will give you an access to that also. by the way, it is the same platform that RingPartner using.

      Basically if you new in PayPerCall, I suggest you to start with tech support, cause it is easy money, all you need is plan and few landing pages.

      And most important, is that no one of these network won't pay you based on "duration calls"

      in most of the cases, they will deal with you on raw call model,
      Of course you will get lesser amount per call, but you won't lose money on calls that were disconnected before 30/60 seconds, and you won't be afraid of IVR, Busy Agents or whatsoever

      They didn't shave my commissions, RingPartner kept all my commissions! Reversed! (without even bothering to explain details). Similar story Saintsfan40 mentioned happened to him above. Like he said it's happening to a lot of affiliates, not just us. With this rise in PPCall, these networks/advertisers are steady figuring out ways to scam affiliates out of their commissions rather than pay them. PPCall is getting reeeaaal dirty for sure - so watch your step & tread lightly - It's risky business for affiliates!

      P.S. Most PPCall programs track through a separate platform called ringrevenue, so that's how I tracked everything.

I have been trying to contact Ringpartner since last month, sent several emails about my $200 commissions they never paid me but no response - and I surely have the saved emails to prove it just in case they try to deny it. I'm done tryin to chase them down and I warn everybody that Ring Partner is scamming affiliates! ...and who knows probly their advertisers too!

          I've been in the ppcall niche now for well over a year.

          Let me clarify a couple things.

          Click-to-Phone-call Conversion Rates

          Whether you like it or not, 'googlers' will accidentally click on your click to call extension. This might be because you are bidding on unrelated/loosely-related keywords to your actual ads.

          For example: keyword:dogs, offer: pet insurance

          On the other hand, fraudulent clicks on mobile-display are rampant (up to 70% of clicks are either fraud or accidental).

          Reversed Charges/Scrubbing

          Most networks don't do this for ppcall, but occasionally they will. Check your call-lengths to see if you are actually sending quality traffic.

          These are real advertisers in the back-end that also need your traffic to convert for them. They are not simply money printing machines.

          Fraud on the networks

          There are some marketers out there that clearly don't care, and use various services to generate fake leads. I got a user messaging me on my blog that he wasn't paid out $5000 from a particular network.

          When I contacted the network, apparently this user was sending $5000 of fraudulent non-converting traffic.


          Anyways, I've personally learned most of this over the last year of ppcall advertising. PPCall is a legit way to skipping with a smile to the bank

    That's another downfall trying to market PPCall coz whether you know it or not you are getting fully charged for the click even if the call doesn't go through. And yes, even with "click to call". How? because when a visitor clicks on that "click to call" button Google puts up a prompt asking the visitor to confirm if they want to really go through with the call or not. What a real conversion killer! Cost me a lotta money fooling around with adwords & PPCall before I discovered this budget killer.

    I worked with Rextopia and they paid me everytime and for all leads. I now use Clickdealer and they also paid me last month and I hope they do this month as well

    I can't understand myself. I was so much time struggling with Pay Per Call and still focused on this marketing method. I think that companies and advertisers in this marketing niche are unfair with their affiliates. Think of this guys: you pay a lot of money on AdWords and what you receive? Your calls do not qualify for payments. Your calls don't have the duration to convert, your calls are not in working hours, your calls are not in the advertiser's region, caller not made selection 1 or 2 on the IVR menu and many other circumstances that lead to one result: You Are Not Paid! So my advice is: if you want to stay in Pay Per Call marketing, build a local niche site (home services, locksmith, auto repair, barber shop, etc.), put a trackable phone number on it, drive some traffic with SEO or offline or buy some cheap traffic, and when the phone starts ringing find a small business in the area that will pay you for clients. I think this way you will make more money... without 1000's of IFs and circumstances. Personally I intend to do it this way. I'm tired of affiliate networks.

    Funny, I've ran several thousands through Ring Partner in the last few months and haven't not received a payment yet...

    As Leo said above, check your quality.

    Ring Partner's great.

    Also, there is nothing wrong with the pop-up to confirm that the customer wants to call... it's no different than sending someone to a pre-sell LP. If anything, it just qualifies them a little more.

    If they don't want to talk, why would they ever stay on the phone long enough to convert?

    Yeah, good for you guys. I got paid from them too once upon a time, and then they stopped paying & and stop responding. That's SCAM ways! I've been around long enough to know. Many scam networks have gone down over the years who possessed these same dodgy traits. They just might pay out here & there just to try to stay under the scam radar. But many are already finding out how much of a scam/shady company RingPartner really is!

    And djackson, yes there is something wrong with a popup if you're getting charged out the wazoo for Adwords clicks even if they don't go through with the calls. That's major leakage! Major money loss! And I'm not in the business of wasting my money or time. I can make direct relationships with advertisers/merchants and avoid dealing with all this BS!

        Wow! The more I'm reading this thread the more I've become to hate pay per call for various reasons. I had around $600 reversed on "Legit"calls I promoted in a debt settlement company through Adwords and paypercallinteractive. Same thing happened when I promoted a College University offer. The calls were short. They were all advertised within the guidelines. Plus I had a TON of calls through click to call feature where calls would average 15 seconds.

        I lost my ass on Adwords with pay per call. Not to mention the keywords cost an arm and a leg. Total waste of money and time.

        Never again will I touch pay per call with a 10 foot pole.

        Dude, who in the hell do you think you are? You know nothing about me or my communications with RingPartner. Who are you supposed to be the Pay Per Call Police or something - or some rep working for the RingPartner! Get the hell outta here - RingPartner is a scam dude! When I tried contacting them they hid behind emails not even wanting to even reveal their names or specific complaints against me, after me asking them several times. That's no legit way for a company to deal at all! That's shady. I have no prob if a company has a complaint and then comes to me correct with details & facts. But to come to me with some out accusations and keep ALL my money without even revealing to me their names or specific details behind keeping my money (over $3000) is some bullsh#! Again dude, I don't know you and you don't know me so you best to mind your business and don't accuse me of any type of fraud! I don't appreciate this at all you don't know me like that. RingPartner is a SCAM!!! They robbed me and others too - and now their panties are all up in a bunch coz their getting EXPOSED!

    all I know is that it's been over a month and I contacted ringpartner several times and never got paid either, not even a response, nothing! so I have no choice as well but to believe they a scam. I didn't lose $3,000 like multimastery but mine was around $200 and that's a big deal for me. Anyone would have a right to be pissed about this. That's like accusing someone of a crime, keeping their money and belonging without providing any details or reasoning or even a response for doing so - You're just GUILTY left wondering WTF??? We can't keep letting networks get away with shady stuff like this. We need to speak up and share our experiences. This will either force networks to stay honest, straighten up & fly right - or put them out of business alltogether.

    Adwords is still your best bet, however you are bidding on the wrong keywords. Try bidding on competitor terms and brand names, they convert better than generics and cost usually a lot less too

      Yes, I agree with Nick. I just started with pay per call and have had a lot more success bidding on brand names! However, make sure you read and stick to the TOS for the campaign, and what keywords they allow. I made $250 within 1 week with one of my first campaigns (and spent only $20 on ads), but got dinged bidding on the company's own brand name. Thus, I'll be forfeiting all of my commissions on it...arrrgghhh!!

    I have phenomenal traffic for call campaigns. Right now running a ton of fix my PC advertisers, but may work for other verticals as well.

    Newbie here....Can you start your own business and find leads and call them yourself? Sorry I am very confused, if you can hire a call center why can't you find leads and call outbound to them and transfer them to the client for Pay Per Call?

      Because hiring a call center is a lot more expensive than paying someone like you to find them leads.
