My Problem with Lead Impact

I will make this short and to the point. I believe Lead Impact is a potentially good system. Where I have a problem with them is how it's being run.

Two complaints:

1) Their server cannot access the money I've already funded, so I have not generated any impressions since 1:16am this morning.

2) They cannot approve keywords over holidays or during weekends.

If they were a real business that didn't act like a mom and pop type shop, they would have neither of these problems. The internet is 24 by 7 and I expect a real business to support their operations 24 hours a day. Just the fact that they cannot approve keywords during off hours means they are leaving money on the table. When an IT glitch prevents them from knowing how much I've already funded, even temporarily, it gives me great pause in how confident I am that their system won't lose my money. I like them a lot, but come on guys... get your act together.

  Led Impact doesn't open until 9am PST, so you have at least 2 more hours to get in those cheap clicks if you're not having the same problem. :rolleyes:

I agree, its a poorly designed site and very slow at times, not to mention the bugs.

If you don't like that it takes a day or two for them to approve your keywords, and take your business elsewhere, I get cheaper clicks all over the place.

I don't mind waiting.

It's not just LI. Adult traffic sources work in the same manner. Moreover, I'm seeing less conversions on weekends. I think it's connected somehow and SATs and SUNs are not good days for IM. IMO.

  As an active PPV Marketer, i would say you are going to find similar issues with almost all networks. Even TrafficVance which many consider the highest quality PPV traffic, can lag with there keyword approval. They do however have better customer support than LI. I still think LI is a great PPV network, but as you mentioned can be a little slow at times.

This is pretty much industry standard. As much as I'd like reviewers available in the "off hours" it's pretty much the same everywhere
