Setting Up Prosper202 Outbound PHP Redirect Code

when setting up a landing page, what do i do with the outbound PHP redirect code? do i need to use this code?

    You create a new php file and paste that code in it.

    Name it something like offername.php or go.php or anything like that.

    All links on your landing page to that offer should link to that file then.

    It's been a while since I've used Prosper but I think that all sounds about right.
