Migrate From 7Search to Bing

Hi,
I started out with CPA with Peerfly and 7Search around a month ago. I selected two email submit offers with a payout of $1.2 and $1.6 respectively. I set up Prosper but did direct linking to the offer with cloaking. I religiously followed most of the rules of the game for 7S which have been described in WF and finally got the $1.2 offer positive. This included negative KWs, ID blocking, day parting and bidding on few converting keywords to rank in 1-3.

But whatever I do, I am not able to scale it beyond a point. The maximum I got was 10 conversions which made me about 40% profits. This too fluctuates a lot and now I'am seeing a drop, possibly because all the usual visitors of 7S have already seen my ad.

Now to scale it further someone adviced me to migrate to bingAds. But the bids on Bing are far too higher than 7S. In fact for the converting keywords, I may have to pay a CPC of $0.3-$0.5. Obviously if I don't convert in 2-3 clicks I lose here.

I am looking up to experienced CPA marketers to give me advice if at all such a low payout offer is worthwhile on Bing.
What should be the typical payout to use BingAds?
What is the general rule of the game ?
