Prosper 202

Hey all,

I see a lot of threads here about prosper202... I'm new to CPA but from what I can tell it's a way of checking conversions, etc.

Can somebody explain to me a little bit more about what it is, why you use it, and any costs? I googled it and it looked like a free download which seemed to be a little too good to be true.

The other thing is I've seen a lot of threads say you should only use prosper if you're on a VPS... why is that?

    Prosper202 is a free tracking tool and its great in my opinion. I have not tried any other paid tool as it works great for me.

    Prosper202 can help you track your incoming traffic and referral source. Lets you check time and day you got most of our traffic or conversion on. Lets you track keywords and many other features like Landing Page tracking, URL rotation. etc

    Yes prosper202 is preferred to be used on VPS, but trust me it works absolutely fine for me on shared hosting. You might need it on VPS when traffic to your offer/campaign increases like crazy. For started you can install it on shared hosting.

    Prosper202 is a tracking software which can track clicks and conversion on your PPC ads, banners, etc..

    You probably heard of optimizing and scaling your PPC campaigns. You'll need valuable data to that. You can use Prosper202 to track those data and list it in a way that it's easy to understand and optimize.

    Prosper202 needs lots of resource to operate. It'll work on shared hosting, but it'll be slow sometimes. Slowness can cost you a conversion. Visitor might close the window before he reaches your landing page because it's slow

    That's why VPS is highly recommended.

    Prosper202 is free to download. It's a free software. But you'll have to pay for hosting. If you're going to setup Prosper202, following Fiverr GIG might come in handy.

    It helps you find out which traffic source (Ad, Adgroup, Campaign, Network,...) is generating the conversion for you. You can track your conversion down to the keyword level in PPC engines and ad creatives from other netoworks.

    Prosper202 is a full tracking solution. Aside from tracking leads/conversions, it also helps track traffic sources, date/time, referrers, landing page ctr, etc.

    It's a really great tool that I use for a majority (if not all) of my campaigns.
