Good CPM/CPC ad network

Hello people. After nearly 3 years of running my site I think it's finally time to make some money from it.
It's nothing big, just niche anime web site, with around 500k page views each month. Due to this factor, it's hard to find ad network that would serve some relevant ads (adsense served some boats things, totally relevant to anime, yeah). What makes it even harder (for me at least) is finding ad network that pays with skrill (moneybookers) or paypal (both would be ideal).
I would be really glad, if you could advise me some ad networks that match next criteria:
- Primarily CPM based (since with 500k of page views I could make so money for sure)
- Pays with Skrill/PayPall
- Can serve more or less relevant ads (games, anime, manga etc)
- Can serve ads in form of standard sized ad blocks ( I totally don't want popunders, screen takeovers etc)
So if you don't mind sharing knowledge, I would be happy. I've spent last few days trying to find some good ad network but without any results =/

Thanks, Okenyon and vishwa. Haven't heard of media.net before, but I applied anyway. Haven't found on their site how they pay or when they pay or what their threshold. Seen quite a few people on the web saying that it's good first few days/weeks and then RPM drops to 0. Also heard they're not transparent so you don't even know on what you earn. Quite a few people said they got scammed (suspended just before reaching payment threshold).
    Is it really good choice?

Media.net is in association with Bing and Yahoo Contextual ad network similar to Google Adsense. If your site comply with there guidelines you will receive an approval within 7 days. You will get paid by PayPal or Wire Transfer.

Being anime, you could use our network or if you are looking for a good cpm network then go with cpmstar. We have been using them for years and give great converting campaigns.
