Facebook ads low reach

Hey guys I've recently set up a Facebook to promote a new page, the new page I've set up is targeting a large amount of people (roughly 30 million) however when the ad first started was only targeting 800 people, I've left the ad for around 6 hours and now it's targeting 2700 people so it's going up but pretty slowly, the ad is set to optimize for likes at the moment, I know alot of people say you should set a manual click cost but I've ran an ad like this in the past that was very successful, I've ran a campaign that was getting a ctr of around 2% and cost per click of around 2 cents so it got me alot of clicks however I'm quite new to Facebook advertising and I'm willing to accept this may have been a fluke, my current ctr is very strange as well, it started off 7% but it's dropping rapidly and I my price per click is fairly high, around $0.11. Sorry for the long piece of text but I thought it would be best to explain the situation in as much detail as possible, thanks for any help in advance

You need to warm up your campaign to see faster clicks but with higher CPC for manual bidding but if this is an Optimized one you need to be patient.

You could try slowly increasing your bid to see if this helps
