Where can I buy landing pages at good price? I prefer not to mess around with HTML and stuff and just pay to someone to do this for me.
If you can, please give me some places that build LPs at good price

You can go to odesk or elance to get a landing page done for you. I'm sure you could hire someone from this section also:

Also do searches for free landing pages that you can change yourself, ie not messing about with code but changing the basics.

You can try here for a start

If you are looking for a landing page / squeeze page for a website you are promoting oDesk and Warriors for hire can be great.

But if its for CPA, you need to learn how to make them for yourself. Or at least have a extreme control over the direction of the page.

My history of CPA marketing if a designer or developer can make good CPA Landing Pages, they are using them to make money, not selling them to people.

I'd prefer to make them myself or have someone skilled design them for me.

Since you don't want to mess around with html, I suggest you check out some of the landing page building sites out there

      Unbounce
      Optimize Press - $97 lifetime
      InstaPage
      Leadpages

They all provide amazing templates which you can customize, drag-and-drop with no coding skills.

Yes I agree the most simplest way without html is the drag and drop method.

You can still tweak these landing pages profitable.

Hire someone from odesk or elance and get it done. But be careful with odesk, when you pay the milestone and you cancel the job for any reason, odesk does not refund your money. Seems like some kind of scam with odesk.

oDesks payment system took me a little to get used to, but the quality of workers is the best there.

But I would still recommend making your own LP.

I found someone on fiverr who makes custom LPs for just $5. Do you think it is good or should I search for another one?

yea fiverr LP's are going to be cut paste jobs, which is what you can expect for 5 bones, when I started, I just "borrowed" some code and started playing in dreamweaver, you'll get it, and its a fun ass learning process!

Try wordpress. There are lots of themes to choose from, and you don't have to mess with html if you don't want to.

Cheap can be very expensive! If you use a landing page that doesn't convert well, you'll just waste traffic, and that has a far superior cost. I've spent a lot of money driving traffic and doing tests just to reach conclusions within a certain niche...

Make sure that you know what you want before you hire someone to build your landing page. While you don't have to code it yourself, Greedy is right when she says that you have to know how to build a landing page that converts.

Most designers will be experts in things like layout and color, but what you need is a page that makes a visitor take an action. To do that you need to know what constitutes an effective landing page.

To start you can study the competition in your field. See what they are using as a control. Once you know what a successful landing page looks like you can decide whether you want to pay a designer or use a drag-n-drop solution like unbounce or instapages. Without having a direction to point a designer in, you'll more then likely end up with a landing page that's nice to look at but doesn't convert.

Even with a great designer the copy will be on you. Use your competitions control as an example. They have already gone through the trouble of finding your customers hot buttons which is the hardest part of creating copy. Start testing on a small budget and tweak the headline, benefits and call to action until your campaign is profitable. Now you have a control of your own and a baseline to start optimizing your campaigns from.
