These questions have all been asked, and get asked on pretty much a daily basis. Use the search function or look through other threads here.

Your questions are so broad that it it impossible to give you an answer other than "Oh, here. Let me give you all my profitable campaigns."

If you have more specific questions on something like a campaign you are currently running, helping out with those would be so much easier.

Not compared to most business models in the world. I show CPA works to people running offline businesses and they blow away by how much freedom I have, and how low the barrier to entry is.

It is all how you look at it.

    1. Which PPC Network I should use to promote CPA Offers?
Bing Ads, and 7Search are the only PPC networks worth running CPA offers on currently. Adwords banns affiliate very quickly, so if you are new, I wouldn't recommend it.

    2. Which CPA Network I should use to promote?
Any major repeatable one should be fine... Peerfly, MaxBounty, NeverBlue. All newbie friendly.

    3. Which niche offer is best for PPC?
Ask your affiliate manager they know best, but nearly any offer can work for PPC. Just stay away from e-mail submits, and zip submits under $3 when starting out. They don't convert too well.

    4. What should be the landing page?
There is not direct answer to this. Just make sure you one. Look at your competition in the niche and see what they are doing as a starting point for your creativity.

I just finished running one AdWords campaign for some auto parts offers. Didn't make a penny, but was amazed by the volumes of traffic. Like $60 would burn in just one hour and get you more than 500 clicks. But more to the point, I checked that my merchant wasn't running anything on AdWords, so I was direct linking to his site, via my P202 tracker. In other words, there was no duplicate domain issue. I checked Google's editorial guidelines and they clearly say affiliates are OK, but if there is a duplicate domain problem G. will use merchant's ad.

So what I am saying here, where is this whole fame 'Google hates affiliates' coming from? G. clearly states what it doesn't want: no thin bridge sites, no duplicate destination domains (i.e. if your merchant has an ad, you can't do it), no squeeze pages on thin sites. Actually, there is a whole paragraph in guidelines devoted to the fact that affiliates are welcome.

More of problem is what G. means by calling something 'spammy', because it is really a question of taste. But if they are conservative, so you should be and don't try sneaky things. Look at it from their point of view.

Now, more of a question is, how to make profit with crazy high bids. Not weather G. hates affiliates.

From watching my own accounts banned, and hearing numerous affiliate accounts getting banned. I had in-depth sites (page rank 3) running non scam-y CPA offers get banned.

You can get away with it for a while if you keep the links off the site via lists e-mailect., but usually they will usually crack down on your campaign.

Just my experience over the years.

So I just save my Adwords accounts for personal products.

    1. I'd recommend starting off with either bing or 7search

    2. Look up any reputable network, some of my favs are peerfly, maxbounty, neverblue

    3. Any can work, I'd recommend staying away from the difficult niches. Try stuff that no one else is doing and stay away from the competition at first.

    4. The landing page is typically a presell page hosted on your own host. You could try direct linking but eventually you should work on a landing page.
