trafficjunky campaign volume very low

hello

i made 3 campaigns at trafficjunky.net target for France , when i try running it only get low impression.. i set as higher bid .. but still low volume

only get aroubd 500-1000 impression for 4 hours..

anyone can advice me ?

    French traffic is quite expensive on TJ. You need to bid high in order to get any volume.
    The low volume might also be related to your targetting (Frequency cap, keywords, etc).

    I believe french bid required high cost,do some testing by changing little bit and see
