FB ad account banned, help with creating new one.

my fb ad account is my bread and butter, with a wife and 3 kids to feed I need this sorting sharpish.

This 'scare' has obviously made me explore new avenues such as google adwords etc but facebook (IMO, from my experience of the last 12 months) is the ultimate advertising platform when used correctly)

I was 'boosting' pictures on my fan page, getting them past 'approval' then changing the wording on the picture to be a bit more in the 'grey area' than they like...I did this for 12 months with great success, then BANG. Complete ban.

So...ive read SOOOO many posts on forums about this but they all seem to differ and it would be nice to just get a clean answer from someone who's got past this recently...

My plan is:

New fan page
New IP address
Clear cookies/cache etc
New card for payment OR new email address added to current paypal account?

Questions...can I just 'add' another email address to my current paypal account and give them that? or is that too easy?! I was paying fb through paypal previously.

Ive learnt my lesson and from now on the ad's will be SQUEAKY clean because even if I generate half the revenue I was before the ban I will be happy lol!

Any help from anyone with EXPERIENCE would be much, much appreciated.

    Should be fine to do the above and add a new email and card.

    TBH man, 12 months going against the TOS is pretty good run!

      My account was banned a month ago contacted FB , Today recieved a call from them lets hope they will lift the ban today

      P.S i wasn't promoting any stuff fb dont like and reason for the ban was that i moved into a new place thats why i a, hopeful they will lift the ban

        I think that is the first Facebook support success story I have ever heard.

        (And by success I am referring to getting a response back :p )

          How/where do you even start to contact facebook to explain or negotiate?

          Ive filled in the tick box 'appeal' form where you also attach some ID, and I get no response??!!

          ALSO

          they keep blocking the new ad accounts...everyone who has created a new fan page...what information did you fill in on the personal facebook profile before you created the fan page? did you create the personal facebook page with your genuine name on it, then add the fan page, then add your own credit card (but using a different cc than before)???

          can someone list how they did it?

          as it seems im missing something!

            It was some where from advertiser help dont remember exact url where i contacted them however i got a call after a week and they resolved the problem and also gave me their contact details in case i have any further problems.

            Now i also run a business in Dubai and i was also using that account to promote my business as well . but the account`s profile was not genuine however all the details etc about billing etc were on name of my company .. If you are creating a new account i would advise to do some posts ... on fb profile etc and use it for at least a week or two and then start advertising starting creating ads from a total new accounts makes things suspicious

              can I set up this new fb profile etc using my real name?

              and put my real (new) card details in after using the profile for a week or so?

              don't they ban your name from fb ad accounts?

                    You can order a secondary credit card under your main credit card with a name that will match your new FB account.

    you can create new accounts..not easy but can be done..I have a new account now...Also you can buy the accounts but that will be a hit or miss.

    Hi,

    I don't understand this thread. Facebook does not want to do business with you. They own their own site and they don't want you to use it. Why do you keep trying to fight that. You do not have the right to use Facebook for any reason you desire. They have the right to block you and they should.
