Your first landing page looks nice, I wondering what kind of CTR to the offer are you seeing?

The biggest issue I see if the fact the offer is a rev-share affiliate style offer... CPL offers do best with PPV traffic.

It is pretty had to make a single pop-up that is going to persuade someone to take out their credit card and make a payment. You will like-ly have to do a POP->LP->Offer but this still may not work.

Also a lot of impression maybe going to women.
