There isn't such a guide which you'll understand better cpa.
The main purpose is to get traffic to an offer of you,nothing more to say.
Anything else such as epc,cr depends on your banner ,method of promotion and so on.
Don't be lazy ,read forum 2-3 days and after it start your first campaign.
Also i'm not sure if you know ,but you need a testing budget which should be at least 200 $ ..

Looking forward to that! It looks like that is the biggest challenge faced by us newbies. I've applied for many CPA offers and have been turned down. I'd like to know what to do to actually get accepted. I'm not afraid of hard work if that's what it takes!

Did they call you and then they turned you down or you didn't talk to them at all?

Apply using REAL information.
Don't wait for them to call you, call them for the 'interview'.
Provide TRUTHFUL answers to their questions. If you're new, say so.

Works for me every single time. Networks aren't looking to deny your applications. They want to approve hard working, honest affiliates.

Take the time to browse through this section. There are LOTS of useful threads that teach important stuff about CPA. You'll most probably understand the basics of CPA and you'll know how to get accepted on CPA Networks and how to actually make money.
