Looking for Ad Network for Escorts website

I have posted this before, but in the wrong section it appears.
So I am looking for an "adsense" type network to get paid for impressions and clicks for my escorts website. Looking for a reputable and established network who has been in business, which is easy to use and is straight forward. I dont cheat or play around. my traffic is slowly growing and is about 90,000 impressions a month. Unfortunately I cant seem to convert CB offers (Badass Tao and Text my Ex back whcih i am trying).
Anyways I am hoping for some great ideas and suggestions. Cheers!
