Currently I'm running PeerFly dating offer on POF. I'm doing split test on different demographics in order to see which demo is more responsive.
Anyway, I found out which one has the higher CTR but yet, with all my clicks so far, It still doesn't converts even once.
I had something like 20 clicks from the campaign but not even one conversion.
I'm using LP that I built because I'm using very unique angel(If this campaign will work out, surely I'll share my angel with you)

Anyway, I was hoping you can advise me what should I do next?

Hope to hear from you,
David.

What's your bid at for the campaign? Lower bids result in your advertisement being shown to a group that sees many similar advertisements. A unique angle is good, but still may be hard to convert with lower bids.

Also, if the angle works, don't ever share it with people on here ;P

Also, have you spent the offers payout in advertising? If you haven't I say keep testing. If you have, keep running a little longer but odds you may need to achieve a higher CTR. And of course, it's always possible that the offer just doesn't convert.

20 clicks doesn't tell you much of anything. It could be just a bad time of day/day of week etc.

The most constructive thing to be doing is split testing offers. Try to avoid changing too much until you have some conversion data to work with.

All the 20 clicks are from POF, that's what I meant.
My question is should I continue to run traffic to that offer or should I change the offer?

        Depends,

What kind of CTR are you seeing from your POF clicks & your lander to your offer?

My lander has 35%-40% CTR and my ads are really good. Some of them have good CTR such as 0.1xx-0.2xx.

It would be better to rotate offers than to just switch them out. You want to compare them during the same time periods.

20 clicks from POF and 7 to 8 clicks to offer w/out a conversion is not uncommon. If it was 15 clicks to offer w/out a conversion, then I would most likely pause the campaign and try another offer.

Im with Top Target on this one... not nearly enough traffic to have data to confirm results of your split test. And Top, I think you were being a little modest there buddy don't ya think haha 15 clicks w/ no conversion is not only common but a wild understatement - I wouldnt waste my time w/ any offer on POF or any of those other sites which have almost entirely fake profiles / scammers running a muck in chats and god knows where else, just to try and get 3-4 free sign ups, which even when you get your sign up - there is about a 50/50 chance that it wont convert on the advertisers backend... Using the POF type methods is dead - the quality of the leads you get from it are just not worth the time and effort. This is not 2001-2005 when people were still just catching on to this method, now its literally over saturated to the point where you have a fake girl account with some kid behind it trying to drop his aff link to a fake profile of another user who is engaged in the exact same thing and they don't even know it! Thats when you know its time to just pack your bags and move on to the next niche / project

I really don't think POF is saturated. People just having a hard time to promote offers there but to say it's saturated, that is erroneous.

Anyway, I've had some leads yesterday so I think I'll just stick to my original plan.

i am in a wide variety of niches.. got pretty tired of doing the 'pump & dump' game w/ niche sites for cpa offers.
now that the programers at google are smoking 50pd crack rocks, you could be making $750 a day from 1 site off click bank, have been on page 1 for 2 years straight and wake up next morning and be on page 16.
but i was younger than i was now, so i guess i had more energy to constantly have to build everything back up after it would crash down.
so i began starting actual companies online so i could establish brands and hire a few people to run the day to day, then move on to whatever was catching my eye next. but in this way i wasnt just relying on the whim of some intangible object like alg updates to knock me out of business overnight, i could actually build strong client bases / and under good management (be careful who you hire to run your internet companies folks, lol) they will grow naturally, sustain themselves.
I own 16 different brands now, haha, so I have my hands in many cookie jars at the moment. If you wanna talk niche's & see my main $$ sites - just shoot me a skype chat

I guess we will just have to agree to disagree here then because I hardly think it has anything to do with "people just having a hard time to promote offers"... I am not even really sure what that means? lol
perhaps you could elaborate... because I don't think there is anyone who would not agree that not only is POF over-saturated but the method your using is to. Its old man, out of date. I mean you started this thread to describe not getting sales from 20 clicks from running your offer on POF, that right there shows you did not go into this with a realistic expectation of how much traffic your gonna need to get any conversions. Members of these sites have seen everything your doing for years already bro... Thats why its going to take 100-200:1 is that worth it for the time you put into it??

That's why you're wrong. People always look for new stuff and POF network is growing exponentially as we speak. With that, more and more offers are coming to the CPA networks. Stuff that people haven't seen yet.

I agree with you that offer can be saturated but I disagree that a network can be saturated. I know a lot of people that make a very nice passive income with POF. It's all about how you're promoting your offer.
Maybe I'm new in the industry but I managed to learn alot of things in my poor experience, stuff that people pay alot of money to learn.

In conclusion, I don't know you and I respect everything you say but I think you can succeed in anything, not just CPA marketing, if you do it correctly and wisely.

I agree completely, our small network is serving over 54 million ad impressions per month, there is plenty of room for advertisers. If we get saturated by advertisers I would probably die from a heart attack lol.

You are not getting what I am trying to tell you so lets keep it simple; I am simply saying that for the amount of time / effort you put into that vs. the outcome in earnings, is simply not worth it anymore. But I think its safe to say let's just agree to disagree - anyone with any experience using that method from years ago will tell you its dead - and it doesn't matter what network your on to get traffic - POF and all of those sites boast these ridiculous membership numbers, yet how many of those accounts do you think are real??? numbers don't lie, thats all i'm sayin and i'll rest my peace. cool. Also, try not to jump to any conclusions too soon (the hardest part of AM). The more traffic you have to each offer, the more reliable your info/EPCs will be.

How much have you spent on the campaign so far? 20 clicks is just a start, you need much more to be able to start to make judgements on the campaign. I recommend you let it run longer to get more data

I finally checked out the network... I found it odd that they limit what banner size you can use based on your ad spend. That is a shame, since the ad they let you use is a small one.

It's not so much the volume of users. So much as it is the saturation of the offers. In a broader sense, the majority of the offers on POF are dating offers.

Yes, POF is the largest free dating site. However, the offer promotion itself is saturated, just about anybody on here who has experience with POF will tell you that.

With that said, that doesn't mean you can't be profitable with it, and don't ever mistake the two to mean the same thing.

However, POF already has some fairly unique targeting. But until they begin to offer things that allow advertisers to target by interests or some form of a "keyword" - Without taking the advanced, difficult route of using the interests by demographic tool , there isn't a lot of room for improvement. There isn't a lot of room for improvement. It's not getting any better or worse, but it encourages us advertisers to find more unique angles in working with POF.

The network may be getting larger but the offers aren't changing.
